What this is
aim is a personal tool for planning and recording your time and money, made by Sortr LLC. It's for your own use, on your own life. Don't use it to break laws, attack the service, or handle someone's data you have no right to.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid features are sold as a subscription at the price shown when you buy. Cancel any time; you keep access through the period you paid for. If something went wrong with a charge, email contact@lifeisnotalist.com within 14 days and we'll make it right, up to a full refund. Purchases made through Apple follow Apple's refund process as well.
Not advice
The app does arithmetic and filing on the numbers you give it. It is not financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice, and its AI features can be wrong — check anything that matters before acting on it.
Your stuff, our stuff
Everything you record is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and process it so the app works. The app, its design, and its words are ours; the books are their author's.
The honest limits
We work hard to keep the service up and your data safe, and we back it with the refund promise above — but the service is provided as-is, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from it is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
Changes and goodbyes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app first. You can leave any time — ask and we'll delete your account and data (see the privacy policy). We can close accounts that abuse the service.
